1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 8b99 website at 8b99.club, creating a player account, depositing funds, participating in any game, placing any bet, claiming any bonus, or otherwise using any service made available through the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other person who interacts with the 8b99 platform in any capacity.

8b99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the 8b99 website. It is the responsibility of each Player to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and any specific rules, promotional terms, or game-specific conditions published elsewhere on the 8b99 platform, the specific terms shall prevail in relation to the matter they specifically address. In all other respects, these general Terms & Conditions shall apply.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 8b99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law, and you have independently verified that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 8b99 or any affiliated entity.
• You are not registered under any self-exclusion programme or under any order restricting your participation in gambling activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

8b99 reserves the right to require documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised authority. The Platform may suspend or permanently close any account where satisfactory proof of eligibility cannot be provided within the stipulated time frame.

Account Ownership & Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 8b99 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, device identifiers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services available at 8b99, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You warrant that all information provided during registration — and at any point during your continued use of the platform — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

8b99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to confirm the identity, age, and payment method ownership of all registered Players. You may be required to submit the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, upon making your first withdrawal, upon requesting a withdrawal above specified thresholds, or at any time 8b99 determines verification is necessary:

• Proof of Identity: National ID Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence showing your name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and residential address, issued within the past three (3) months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of ownership of any bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallet used to deposit funds to or withdraw funds from the 8b99 platform.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time frame specified by 8b99 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges, the freezing of account balances, or the permanent closure of the account. 8b99 will not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's inability or unwillingness to complete the KYC process.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8b99 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 8b99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out using your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 8b99 support immediately.

8b99 strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account to add an additional layer of security to the login process. Once enabled, a one-time verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number each time you log in from an unrecognised device.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

8b99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to BDT at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 8b99 account balance within approximately 1–3 minutes of a successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• 8b99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name or account details associated with your payment method must match the identity registered on your 8b99 account.
• 8b99 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency payments, or any payment method not listed on the platform's deposit page.
• 8b99 reserves the right to apply deposit limits at the platform level or at the individual account level in the interest of responsible gaming or fraud prevention.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed the required KYC verification process.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• 8b99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a withdrawal, 8b99 may place a temporary hold on the relevant funds while the matter is investigated. All decisions made by 8b99 following such an investigation are final.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

8b99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, and Eid. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer on the 8b99 Bonus page.

• All bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. 8b99 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a Player has opened an account, deposited, or played primarily or solely to exploit bonus offers rather than for genuine recreational purposes.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins or bonus credit may be capped at a maximum withdrawable amount, as specified in the relevant bonus terms.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8b99 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all account balances, and the reporting of your activity to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 8b99; impersonating another person; or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Colluding with other players, sports participants, officials, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or tournament results.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, error, or malfunction in the 8b99 platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a software error may be voided and reclaimed.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Money Laundering: Using the 8b99 platform for any money laundering activity or for any purpose that violates applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) legislation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for funds that have been deposited to and used on the 8b99 platform. Chargeback abuse will result in immediate account closure and may be pursued as a civil debt.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive language towards 8b99 staff or other players via any communication channel provided by the platform.

7 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 8b99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game content, audio, and video — is the property of 8b99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No content from the 8b99 platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of 8b99 or the relevant rights holder.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. 8b99 operates these games under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

The 8b99 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of 8b99. Unauthorised use of the 8b99 brand identity — including in advertising, affiliate marketing materials, or social media — without written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8b99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of substitute services, even if 8b99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8b99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to the 8b99 platform in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8b99 makes no warranty, expressed or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability. 8b99 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the 8b99 platform that cannot be resolved informally through the 8b99 customer support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies applicable to the Player's jurisdiction.
